Who will win the coveted 1st Place Cookie apron? Will it be the lemon cookie? The Hungarian cookie? The sugar plum? Our bakers have put a lot of time and thought into their holiday creations all to win The Apron! The apron might be the top prize for bakers, but the funds raised at the Love Your Cookies event is the top prize for the programs at the Wallingford YMCA and Autism Health and Fitness.

For those who just want to eat all the fancy treats, we need your help to decide on the best decorated table. Will it be Cookie Claus? Willy Wonka’s Cookie Factory? Pop that Bubbly?

With live music, raffles, friendly conversations, and we promise -not overcooked coffee , Love Your Cookies is a fun event for all.

That’s’ what our fabulous bakers have done the past two years, and they don’t disappoint! While our bakers are resting (or shall I say planning their baking and decorating strategies) we are working to make sure that the 3rd annual Love Your Cookies – a holiday cookie competition is baked to perfection. With new ingredients, our recipe is a winner!

First, we have a new judge! Maddie from Madeline’s Desserts, @madelines_desserts, has gladly accepted our invitation and we are thrilled to bring her into our kitchens.

Second, all proceeds will support our R.I.S.E. Together program at the Wallingford YMCA! Fall classes forming now.

Wow! Over 30 bakers are taking on the challenge at our 2^nd Love Your Cookies – a holiday cookie competition 🥳.  Will it be the anginette, chocolate chip, apple cider donut cookie, gingerbread, or one of the other delicious cookies???

Our bakers have also been busy being creative with their table decorations.   Best table is a crowd favorite winner so come out and vote.

Love Your Cookies takes place on Saturday, November 16^th from 2-4pm at Columbus Lodge in Hamden.  Tickets are $20.  We will have raffles, coffee, and live music for what will be one of the best holiday events of the year!

Nov 16^th is just around the corner and our elves have been busy at work! With over 30 bakers, the Love Your Cookies – a holiday cookie competition is sure to get you in the holiday mood.

Our raffle baskets, put together with over $1,000 in raffle items are sure to delight everyone.  Our Uptown Funk, Misfit Xmas, Fabulously Grinchy, Hungry Snowman, and Get Roasted baskets are just a peak into what you can win.  Along with live entertainment, fresh brewed coffee, and the sights of spirited table decorations, Columbus Lodge is the place to be!

Welcome Summer! The warmer weather has arrived and to cool you down a bit, think about the winter holiday season. What does the winter holiday season have? COOKIES! Yes, we will be hosting our 2nd annual Love Your Cookies – a holiday cookie competition on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the KoC Columbus Lodge, Whitney Ave., Hamden.

It’s time to start thinking about what cookie you will bake and how you’ll decorate your table. Below are a few pics from last year. What a fun time! Details on baker registration and tickets to the event will be available soon. Stay tuned, stay cool and Love Yours……..

In two weeks, we will be filling ourselves with dozens of delicious treats! As you digest from one round of cookies and before moving on to the next round, take some time to look over raffle items and Love Yours merchandise. We have new merchandise to show you: beanies, baseball hats and crew neck sweatshirts.

Our raffle prizes include gift cards from Café Amici, Barn Boutique, Hard Hat Café, and many more. We will also be raffling a fresh cut Premium Fraser Fir Christmas tree (4-8’) and a Balsam wreath donated by G.R.O.W.E.R.S Inc. Most of all, we will have live acoustic entertainment from Brian Nolan! Rain or shine, this will be a fantabulous event!
